Privacy Policy — Talari Technologies PLC

Scope

This policy covers talari.et, the public website of Talari Technologies PLC ("Talari", "we", "us"), a private limited company registered in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

It does not cover personal data processed inside our products. Our products and automation engagements each handle customer and end-user data under their own terms and data processing arrangements, agreed with the customer directly. If you are an existing or prospective customer of either product, ask us for the relevant product documentation.

What this website collects

Nothing. This site is a set of static files. Specifically:

It sets no cookies and writes nothing to local storage.
It runs no analytics, tag manager, advertising pixel or session recorder.
It loads no third-party resources — fonts, styles, scripts and images are all served from this domain, so browsing here does not disclose your visit to any other company.
It contains no forms. There is nothing here to submit personal data into.

The only interactive element is an email link. Choosing to write to us is what starts any processing of your data, and that is covered below.

Server logs

This website is served by a third-party static hosting provider. Like virtually all web servers, that provider records technical request data — typically IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent — for delivery, security and abuse prevention. Talari does not use these logs to build profiles of visitors, and does not combine them with any other data.

Because hosting arrangements can change, we do not name the provider here. Ask us and we will tell you who currently serves this site and where.

If you email us

When you write to support@talari.tech we receive whatever you choose to include: typically your name, email address, employer and the substance of your enquiry.

We use it only to answer you and to progress any resulting business relationship. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of a single enquiry. Correspondence is retained while the relationship is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping.

Legal basis and your rights

We process enquiry correspondence on the basis of your own initiative in contacting us and our legitimate interest in responding to it.

Ethiopia's Personal Data Protection Proclamation No. 1321/2024 gives data subjects rights over their personal data, including access, correction and erasure. To exercise any of them, write to support@talari.tech and we will respond within the period the law allows.

Where data is held

Data residency is central to what we build, and our products are operated inside Ethiopia. Ordinary business email is a separate matter: like most organisations we use a commercial email provider, which may store correspondence outside Ethiopia. If that distinction matters to your organisation, raise it with us and we will explain the current arrangement in writing.

Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above. Because the site keeps no record of who has visited, we cannot notify you individually.
