Terms of Use

The terms on which Talari Technologies PLC makes this website available.

Last updated: 28 July 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Talari Technologies PLC, a private limited company registered in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia ("Talari", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of talari.et only. Our products are supplied under separate agreements:

  • TalariCloud is provided under its own service terms, accepted when you create an account.
  • angol.ai and donay.ai will each carry their own terms when they launch.
  • Automation work is carried out under a written engagement agreed case by case.

Nothing on this website forms part of those agreements or varies them.

3. Information is not an offer

The content here is published for general information and to start commercial conversations. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and does not constitute technical, legal or financial advice.

Where a product is described as in development, in private beta, or as having capabilities not yet generally available, that description is a statement of intent rather than a commitment. Features, availability, timing and pricing may change. Rely on a signed agreement, not a web page.

4. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site unlawfully, or in a way that damages or impairs it;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system;
  • misrepresent an association with Talari, or use our names, logos or brands in a way likely to cause confusion.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, code, and the Talari, TalariCloud, angol.ai and donay.ai names and logos — belongs to Talari Technologies PLC or its licensors, and is protected by applicable law.

You may view and print pages for your own internal business use, and quote short extracts with attribution. Any other reproduction or commercial use requires our written permission. Third-party marks referred to on this site remain the property of their owners; naming them implies no endorsement or affiliation in either direction.

7. External links

Where we link to sites we do not operate, we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ethiopian law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or its content, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue, business or data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with this site. In short: the site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and collects nothing.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here, with the date above, is the one in force.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, and the courts of Ethiopia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
